Wouter Hamel’s style is a little different from the traditional Jazz. It’s fun, pop, warm and fluent, maybe because Wouter Hamel is Dutch. His first album ‘Hamel’ reached platinum status in his native country. Then in 2009, he signed an international record deal with Decca Records (Universal) in the UK. The following-up record, ‘Nobody’s Tune’ reached the same status in the Netherlands as his debut. His third album is named ‘Lohengrin’ and has been released in several countries ion 2011/2012.
