THE NORDIC ROCK PARTY
D-A-D,AMORAL

The national treasure of Danish rock is coming to China!

D-A-D is a Danish hard rock band known as “Disneyland After Dark”. Their debut album Call of the Wild was released in 1986 and their international breakthrough in 1989 with the record No Fuel Left for the Pilgrims, which was released on the band’s 5th birthday. The album became the band’s greatest success, and also gave the band a million dollar contract with Warner Bros.

In the almost 30 years of band history they released 11 albums with 3 current releases on top of Danish record charts. 1989 they played for 50,000 people at Roskilde Festival. With their video clip of the song Bad Craziness in 1991 D-A-D became a hot band for MTV. The Sympatico album won Danish Album of the Year award at the Danish Grammys in 1998. At the new year’s eve 1999, they rang in the new millennium in front of 50,000 fans on Copenhagen’s Town Hall Square. In 2000, they released Everything Glows and won four Danish Music Awards. The album Soft Dogs was awarded with six stars in the music magazine Gaffa in 2002. D-A-D’s last many albums have gone straight to Number One on the Danish charts.

The night of April 30th 2013 at Club Yugong Yishan will be a hard rocking party not only for the Danish crowd in Beijing but all those whose hearts beat faster brilliant guitar riffs collide with sexy rhythm. Let the humerous side of these Danish gentlemen surprise you. Almost neighbours, both musically and geographically, the Finnish melodic metal act AMORAL will open up the show for D-A-D and pay tribute their favorit rockers.
