Twinkle Star, formerly known as the Alt Senior, consists of Zhao Meng (bass, New Pants), Zhang Shuai (guitar, TOOKOO/THE K), Liu Chang (bass), Sun Zhen (drum, PB33/隔壁团) – it was immediately recognised as a big super band in China. Since it was formed in 2008, it has been active in various national music festivals, and has been supporting numerous international bands. Twinkle Star was even invited to the Summer Sonic in 2015.
