In the Spring of 2017, Re-Tros comes back with cold, sharp, rhythmic and electronic AT MOSP HERE after 8 years of reclusion, and shows to all yet a vastly different face. Known as a pioneering band in the national wave of Post-Punk music, RE-TROS comes to a rebuilding of itself with ever accumulating electronic sounds and perpetual loops of samples.
And this is only a prologue to the new album BEFORE THE APPLAUSE. RE-TROS opens its national tour from the beginning of this March; if the album is indeed the long-suspended, anxiously anticipated “applause”, then the national tour is the only chance to experience it in its uncut, live totality before the official release of the album.

Artist Biography –
Rebuilding The Rights Of Statues (Re-Tros for short) was founded in March 2003. Deeply influenced by 1970s post-punk bands such as Bauhaus, Joy Division, and Gang of Four, RE-TROS quickly established itself as a powerful representative of Chinese rock music. In 2009 they released the critically acclaimed album< Watch out! Climate Has Changed, Fat Mum Rises…> , and gain a status that is indisputable. Their classic post-punk touch and the strong live performances have conquered a large number of fans. Currently Rebuilding The Rights Of Statues is advancing in new musical directions, attempting at offering yet another new and sensational experience.
