China’s black metal arch angel Ritual Day’s is an indispensable force within the two decades of Chinese metal history.
14 years after the cult debut album “Sky Lake” which not only mapped Chinese black metal internationally but also set in motion a whole new age of the genre – Ritual Day went through a long way with temporary breaks in between and finally are back gloriously with their 2nd studio album “Devila Grantha” (mixed and mastered by the iconic metal producer Andy Classen). Ritual Day has been known for their unique sound of oriental touch on top of melodic black metal. The new album extends that sound scape further more and spices it up with a slightly more brutal approach.
On January 6th, 2017 Ritual Day will present the new album on the release party at Yugong Yishan. China’s best raw black metal band Evilthorn with join them for the live show.
