VICE China viciously presents “The World is sinking, we are celebrating”, featuring two live shows in Shanghai and Beijing.
Canadian electro-jam outfit Holy Fuck will headline both shows. They are from Toronto, play with analog electronic gears, and sounds like modern China (where heavy industrials are decaying and the entire civilisation is tracing trends).
In Beijing, we’ve got Chui Wan (psychedelic noise-rock that should really be performed in very glimmery, smoky environments), The Big Wave (dreamy new wave stuff, yeah this one’s pure fun), The Dyne (minimal surf-rock, it’s like going to a charity concert – fun but intense), White+ (experimental kraut-electro-rock that are actually accessible).
