OOC is a rock band which formed in Beijing in 2008. The band consists of Scott Cheng (vocals), Jude Miao (guitar), Xin Chen (bass) and Wenlong (drums). The band debuted a 5-track namesake EP “Out Of Control” in 2010, and went on a nation-wide tour across over 20 cities in China in 2011. In September 2012, the band released its first album “OOC”. While incorporating influences from a variety of styles and genres in the composition and arrangement of its music, OOC expresses a clear and coherent message: out of control, with mutual respect! We wish to live calmly in an existence out of control, chaos will never become our end goal or our means of expression, and any sort of compromise to eclectism is an expensive waste of life! We forever believe that truth is the only thing that leads to freedom!
